Sangria

Ingredients:

1 1/2 L Red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)
1 cup Sugar
1 large Lemon, sliced
1 large Orange, sliced
1 large Apple, cut into thin sections
3-4 oz plain Brandy

Martini - Sweet

Ingredients:

1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 Olive

Mixing instructions:
Stir gin and vermouth with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve.

Martini - Dry

Ingredients:

1 2/3 oz Gin
1/3 oz Dry Vermouth
1 Olive

Mixing instructions:
Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve.

Japanese Slipper

How did this drink get it’s name? Who really knows…. it was served to aristocrats. It may be from the culture of leaving their slippers, footwear, by the door. 

Ingredients:

1/3 Midori melon liqueur
1/3 Cointreau
1/3 Lime juice

Caribbean Martini

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vanilla vodka (Stoli)
3/4 oz Malibu rum
1 splash Pineapple juice

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients over ice. Pour into glass.

Apple Martini

Ingredients:

1 part Vodka (Absolut)
1 part Sour Apple schnapps (Pucker)
1 part Apple juice

Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass.

The Chocolate Martini

The chocolate martini is a variation of the original martini…. some would debate it’s origin.
Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz Vanilla vodka (Stoli)
1/2 oz Chocolate liqueur (Godiva)

Mixing instructions:
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass.
