Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas
Are we ready for the new Rainbow Six?
The new title in the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six series seems to be the new rave. Here are some of the unique features available with this game.
First off, Rainbow Six: Vegas will feature a health system where the player regenerates health while not taking fire, like the system used in the Halo series. Furthermore, a third person view has been included for moments where players are firing around corners or laying down cover. Other changes includes fewer enemies with much tougher AI, a shift in focus where kills will be much harder to obtain, a new aiming system more similar to the aiming system of Halo 2, a d-pad based commanded system for the player’s squad and sections of gameplay where the player will scale buildings and cause environmental damage. The developers have also opted to not include any cutscenes at all, instead telling the game through plot-advancing sections in the gameplay.
There are currently 8 multiplayer game modes; Survival, Team Survival, Sharpshooter, Team Sharpshooter, Retrieval, co-op Terrorist Hunt, As well as two new modes Attack & Defend and co-op Campaign.
Does that sound awesome or what? The game is scheduled for release on November 28, 2006.
