Came across this issue and it seems to just be a permissions or security problem.
Here’s what we did:
In Internet Explorer go to
Tools > Options > Security > Custom Level… > Binary and Script Behaviours > Set to Enable.

I often run into people that want to unblock myspace at school, but it is blocked. There is a simple solution to that, just use a myspace proxy to unblock myspace. Here is one:Unblock Myspace
