I just got a DROID RAZR and can’t get passed the activation screen and it wont activate is there a way I can bypass that

I need to get my mom a new phone for Valenitne’s Day (IOU from Christmas). I just can’t decide wether to get either the iPhone 4S or the Droid Razr MAXX! HELP!!!

Hey so i recently got a Droid Razr, awesome phone, but for some reason the stock music player “my music” doesn’t like to display cover art. I got the “covert art downloader(donated) ,” “covert art grabber,” and “iTag” to get cover art. But they don’t seem to work with the music player.
I tried other music players and the cover art to work but i prefer the stock music player for its sound quality and smoothness.
I rebooted and wiped the data and the cover art still doesn’t not show. How can i fix this?
